Mic Eaton

Australian-born menswear designer Mic Eaton relocated to Antwerp in 2009 to relaunch his label Material Boy with a new European sensibility, keeping the sense of casual ease that marked his significant impact on the Australian menswear scene. Mic presented the Autumn Winter 2010 Material Boy presentation at RA in February 2010, recreating a neo-medieval setting of grassy knolls and misty moors around the RA Antwerp space. He continues to live and work in Antwerp, launching a second project 'A Label By' for Autumn Winter 2011, as a collective experiment with graduate designers that oozes a 90's sportswear frivolity.
